I have just returned form the Sandown Round of the V8Supercar Series and a very busy week and weekend capped off with two succssful car debut's. About two weeks ago I was approached by Sam Walter of AWC Motorsport who competes in the Fujitsu V8Supercar Series (our version of the Nationwide Series) to produce a livery for the debut of his new Roadways backed VE Commodore, this would also be the first VE to compete in the Fujitsu series. Sam had a design in mind that he had seen on my website, we rejiged it to fit with his sponsors and colours and a week later the car was fully vinyled up for it's weekend debut.
I received a call in the afternoon of the 25th July to produce a livery for a newly signed deal between Pizza Capers and the Australian Mini Challenge. Pizza Capers confirmed the day before that they would sponsor the series and with that came the naming right to the 'Uber Star Car', a Mini specifically allocated to a different Celebrity for every round. Problem being I was up for a 10 hour drive the next day to Melbourne and they needed the design first thing Monday morning to wrap the car....... The design was completed by about 11pm that night and applied on the Monday with no changes to the original concept.
Both designs transferred really well to the cars and looked great standing still and on track, all parties involved are very happy with their final products.
I still have a few things on the go and will keep you all informed as things progress.
Thanks for reading.

Although we haven't had a Ford Falcon up here since the '60s, they've come along way in your part of the world!
BTW, Super V8 > NASCAR.
I know what you mean about the Falcon's, I have confused a few with my 1967 XR Falcon Wagon, they think it might be an American one then look and see it ins't!.
